Project enquiries

Information submitted through the contact form is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, when relevant, take the steps needed to begin a client relationship.

Information collected

The form may collect your name or company, email address, optional telephone number, project type, optional timing and the project information you choose to provide.

Form delivery

Submissions are processed by Formspree as the technical form-delivery provider and sent to Rodmer Studio at rodmerstudio@gmail.com. Rodmer Studio does not sell enquiry information.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant records may be retained for contractual, accounting and legal obligations.

Technical operation

Rodmer Studio does not use advertising trackers or website analytics. Only technical functionality required to operate the website, protect the form and deliver an enquiry is used.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or object to its use, by contacting Rodmer Studio.
